Benq appoints Godrej for projectors

Benq has appointed Godrej as the national distributor for its newly-launched Slimline Series projectors. However, for all other products Neoteric and SES Technologies will continue as its existing distributors.

"With this appointment, we hope to see encouraging response from the consumer for SL series projectors," says Tashi Gelek, MD, Benq India.

In addition to distribution of the SL projectors, Godrej will also provide after-sales support and service for the product.

Godrej has a network of service centers spread across 15 cities in the country.

KR Rustamji, Marketing Manager, Godrej & Boyce Mfg Co Ltd, says "This relationship will help us leverage Benq's superior technology with our extensive reach."

Benq's range of projectors include digital projectors with 800, 1000, 1100 ANSI Lumens and the slimline series of video projectors.

In a month's time Benq is also planning to launch digital cameras, for which another key distributor will be appointed.
