After conducting its first
ever channel meet in Ludhiana,

India along with the help of
Jalandhar Computer Dealer Association(
href="https://www.dqweek.com/jcda-s-exilient-sales-meet-at-jalandhar">JCDA)
organized its second
channel meet. This time the venue was Jalandhar. The meet was held on
June19 and was attended by more than a hundred partners and members
of JCDA.
“Punjab is an important
state for us. This meeting was the second meeting we had in this
state. We also plan to penetrate in the C and D-class cities of the
state. We will go to the remotest of places in Punjab and to the
places close to the Pakistan border,” said Parveen Sharma, Channel
Sales Manager-Punjab and Jammu region, Belkin India. The company is
currently operating with a current partner base of five SDs and 400
resellers across the state. When asked about the association with
JCDA for staging the first ever Belkin meet in Jalandhar, Sharma
added, “The popularity of JCDA is slowly spreading across the city
and the adjoining areas.”
The company takes control
of 60 percent of the market share in networking products in the
affluent state of Punjab. One of its partners told The DQ Week
about the idea for conducting the event in Jalandhar City. “People
think our product line has only routers and switches. Now with this
medium people and potential partners will get to know what the
company has to offer. The company also offers the best of iPod
accessories, powers strips, laptop bags and laptop accessories,”
explained Parminder Saini, Netpro and Belkins Exclusive Distributor
for Jalandhar and nearby areas.
