Balaji Solutions all set to enter Uttar Pradesh

Kolkata-based Balaji Solutions is on an expansion spree and is now all set to
enter the market in Uttar Pradesh. The company will be expanding in a phase-wise
manner starting from Lucknow and then will move towards Varanasi, Kanpur and
Allahabad. It will also appoint six to seven sub-distributors in all the
regions. The Lucknow branch would be located at Naza Plaza and will be
operational from July 10, 2009.

Rajendra Seksaria, CEO, Balaji Solutions informed that in the first phase, ie
July onwards, they would promote and focus on only power solutions.

have a good position in UP. We are ready with all the promotional activities
and will soon make our presence felt in the market”

“We will take a silent approach in starting our new branch operation. Our
main strategy would be to give maximum support to the channel partners and good
service to the customers so that they get the right value for the money spent on
our products. We are confident of building a strong base in the UP region,” he
said.

“Considering the logistic issues and to provide ease to the channel partners,
we have selected a location which is close to the computer and peripheral
market. We are very aggressive with our plans and very soon we will have a good
position in UP. We are ready with all the promotional activities and will soon
make our presence felt in the market,” informed Seksaria.

He further informed that with every unit of UPS, customers will get a free CD
of total Internet security solution by Quick Heal which would be valid for four
months from the date of purchase. For service and support, Balaji will deploy
two engineers in all the regions of the state.

Balaji is also targeting to enter the Ghaziabad belt of Uttar Pradesh that
would cover the markets of Ghaziabad, Bareily and Agra. Sharing his market
strategies, Seksaria informed that in the first quarter, he is targeting to
achieve 15 percent of the marketshare of UPS in UP.

In the second phase of expanding its base in UP, Balaji will introduce
cabinets, keyboards and different variety of mice; in the third phase, the
company will launch Bluetooth, card readers and other products. Balaji has
already established 17 branches across the country.
