Balaji opens office in Computer Hub

Kolkata-based Balaji Solu­tions recently shifted its
entire business to its new office, situated in the heart of 'Computer Hub'
in Kolkata. The office measures an enormous area of 8,800 sq ft. “The shift of
our entire operations to this prime location of the city has given us an extra
edge. In the last three months sales has gone up to 20 percent more than
before,” informed Rajendra Seksaria, Director, Balaji Solutions. “We are now
in a position that will help us to grow our business in future and capture more
market share,” he added.

The office has been designed keeping in mind the business
need of the company by one of the leading architects of the city. All the
departments of the organization including the back office, storage division,
sales and service has been shifted and consolidated under one roof. A spacious
area has also been devoted for the purpose of display showroom and direct sales
counter. The new office also holds a separate internal conference and training
room in order to meet the current business mode and its requirements.

Keeping in mind the exceptional growth of the laptop
market, an exclusive laptop zone has been created within the display area where
a customer can touch and feel the products through live demos. The multi-branded
corner will display laptops of top brands like, Acer, Compaq, Sony, LG, Iball
and others. “We have made a separate demo counter for all kinds of laptop
accessories where a customer can upgrade and repair any brand of notebook,”
said Seksaria. Balaji has also appointed a specialized team to look after its
display business.
