Avaya kick-starts 5-city roadshow

Avaya, a provider of business communications and collaboration systems and services, has launched 5-city roadshow in Delhi. These roadshows are part of its annual Avaya Experience Tour 2012. The event is set to tour APAC markets including India, Australia, New Zealand, China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Indonesia, Korea, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore and Thailand, with activities in 23 cities across the region.

The 2012 roadshow is centered on the theme 'Accelerating the Speed of Business.' Apart from Delhi, it will also cover other cities like Mumbai, Chennai and Kolkata.

The Avaya Experience Tour 2012 provides customers and channel partners opportunity to connect, share ideas and take away practical insights to help accelerate their business and select the most appropriate solutions to drive future success.

Speaking to The DQ Week, Anil Chawla, director, enterprise, government and defence, Ava ya India said, "During our 5-city roadshow, we will be showcasing our new business collaboration suits of products, solutions and services for our customers. Moreover, we have set up demo centers to showcase complete demo suits of Avaya solutions. The center of attraction for this roadhow is our Avaya flare, which has redefined the way business collaborations is done today. Besides, voice, video, customers can get real-time business collaboration even through social networking. It is a good solution for contact centers, and can get entire background from content to context communications of customers."

He also added, "The communications and networking industry is at a crossroad, where the rapid growth in the number of devices and applications meet changing user preferences and employee work styles. The bottleneck for businesses is no longer access to information, it is the ability to connect people together with the right information at the right time to make smarter decisions, faster, and in real-time."
