Avaya announced the appointment of Redington as a distributor for the India
market. Under the terms of the agreement, Redington India will help Avaya to
further enhance its channel capacity so as to bring its Contact Center and
Unified Communications solutions to customers of all sizes across India.
In addition to this, Redington will also provide value-added services
including pre and post-sales support, back-up support, marketing and lead
generation.
