Auro gets into laptop service

Auro Systems & Communi­cations,
a company which provides printer service, is now expanding and getting into
laptop service. Laun­c­hed this month, the com­pany announced the service
would be available for all brand of laptops and it has put a team in place for
the services. “We have develo­ped the expertise and a dedi­cated team is
formed for laptop service. We already have a good custo­mers base in printer
service, which would be an added advan­tage for us,” said Sharad Parekh,
Director, Auro Systems.

The Auro is also expanding
its consumables business by adding compatible cartridges in its offerings. It
recently has tied up with Odyssey to market their compatibles for HP, Epson,
Canon and Lex­mark in Pondicherry. “We are offering both inkjet and toner
compatibles from Odyssey, as an authorized regional distri­butor. Compatible is
the future as it offers quality product at a reasonable price, which is why many
leading names in IT today is bringing compatibles into the mar­ket,” he
asserted.

Started in 2002, Auro entered
into the business with cartridge refilling ser­vices. It offered both inkjet
and toner refilling service for all makes/brands such as HP, Epson, Samsung etc.
