ATCS and other winning organizations averaged a ratio of 14 engaged employees to one actively disengaged employee, which is more than 15 times the rate for workplaces globally. "Winning this award is a recognition of how closely our leaders and managers work with employees in creating a culture of engagement, teamwork and success," said Manish Krishnan, CEO of ATCS.
