ASUS intros desktop barebone systems

ASUSTeK Computer Inc (ASUS), provider of personal computing solu-tions, has
introduced three new compact desktop bare-bone systems, the Terminator 2 (T2)
Mini-Tower, the Pundit 2 and the Pundit 3 Booksize Series. These systems are
target at delivering secured data protection, robust performance and multimedia
entertainment in space maximization designs. All three Series offer models
supporting processing tech-nology from the Intel and AMD camps, providing a wide
range of computing solutions for different user demands.

Besides incorporating the latest Intel and AMD proce-ssors, the T2 Series
comes equipped with like Recovery Pro for data protection which. In addition,
all ASUS Barebone Systems are also equipped with the AntiVirus for com-plete
data protection even when the system is under virus attack.

The latest addition to the Pundit P2 Barebone Series is the smallest and
lightest of the ASUS barebone unit. The Pundit 3 desktop barebone systems are
made to provide space maximization in any environment. The slim and sleek
designs also allow vertical and horizontal place-ments. In addition to unique
ASUS features such as Q-fan and Recovery Pro, the Pundit Series has leveraged a
tool-less and smart cable management design.

For multimedia support, the Pundit 3 Series incorpo-rates a 6-in-1 card
reader to enable larger storage capacity and fast data transfer between digital
devices. High-quality 6-channel audio and S/PDIF standard are also included in
the latest desktop barebone systems.
