Technology has expanded its reach
to 100 Indian cities from the previous 54 locations across the
country. These onsite service locations will provide support and
service for the entire range of ASUS notebooks and Eee PCs.
Consumers, who reside within the 40km
radius of the nearest ASUS service center in the 100 major cities
across India can now avail onsite service without any extra charges.
With the introduction of this facility, consumers can save their
valuable time and resources by simply calling the toll free number.
The introduction of this onsite support and service facility promises
to make lives of consumers easier as they just have to call up on the
toll free number at 1800-2090-365 and a service engineer will visit
their premises. To ensure complete customer satisfaction, ASUS will
proactively call back the customer within a week of call resolution
and derive feedback and suggestions thus helping to further
streamline the process. Customers can also send in their feedback and
concerns to ASUS at rc_india@asus.com.

The 46 new locations that the company
has added to its service network are: Agartala, Agra, Alwar,
Bathinda, Beharampur, Belgum, Berhampur, Chrawa, Cuttack, Dhanbad,
Dombivali, Gorakhpur, Haldwani, Imphal, Jalna, Jamnagar,
Jamshedpur, Jodhpur, Kanpur, Karnal, Kota, Mathura, Moga,
Muzaffarpur, Mysore, Namakkal, Nanded, Parwanoo, Rampurhat,
Rishikesh, Salem, Sangli, Shimla, Sikar, Silchar, Srinagar, Thane,
Thanjavur, Thoothukudi, Tirunelveli, Tirupur, Trichy, Udaipur, Vasai,
Vash, Wazirpur.
