ASIRT Tech Day focuses of performance enhancement of employees

The ASIRT Tech Day is always a best platform for its members to gain knowledge, interact with industry leaders and take an inspiration from their success story. In a recently organized Tech Day event, Industry veteran Devendra Gabhawala gave the management mantra to the ASIRT members.

Gabhawala, a seasoned leader with having rich experience of the corporate world, explained the importance of training and performance enhancement of employees to achieve higher productivity and scalability of the company.

Giving a live demonstration, Gabhawala trained members on how to give positive and constructive feedback, including the exact wordings, timing for feedback and benchmark for self-improvement of employees.

Gabhawala, an accomplished expert in human performance management, also shared his rich experience in the field of Strategic Planning, Business Development, Key Account Management, Learning and Development and Brand Management with the members.

Post his session, event sponsor Canon launched its MAXIFY inkjet printers for SME segment. Canon also displayed its new range of laser, inkjet and multifunction printers with patented, on demand fixing technology.
