Archana SW to launch enterprise management soln

City-based Archana Software, a solution provider developing specialized applications for telecom market, has developed a web-based comprehensive corporate management solution dubbed Archana's CEO which is to be formally launched in July.

The new product is similar to an ERP solution for complete corporate management and Archana's CEO has a distinct feature of managing it from anywhere and at anytime. The product comes in four variants such as standard, professional, corporate and premium, and users can decide on the modules based on their requirements. "We are firm on taking the product through channel route to the market and over 60 channel partners would be appointed across the country, in the next three months," said S Vasudevan, Executive Director, Archana Software Ltd.

Archana's CEO provides complete financial management in a company besides extensive inventory management and personnel & payroll management. "The solution is mainly designed for small and medium enterprises (SMEs) and the product comes with several key modules which can be integrated easily based on the customers' requirements," he said.

"It is a powerful MIS tool which can be deployed on the customers' web server as well as in the local network and the solution is very compact. It can be adapted in the user environment without any major change in the framework," said Sam N Paul, Manager - Business Development, Archana Software Ltd. Archana's CEO also allows user to import data from the existing software to this network.


"We have priced it very competitively to attract the SME segment and the standard version price ranges between Rs 1 lakh to Rs 5 lakh, while professional would cost between Rs 5-10 lakh ," he said. Archana's CEO is also ideal for corporates and mega corporates, and the premium pack (targeted at corporates) is priced Rs 15 lakh and above.

The company assists its customers in training and implementing the solution and the software is more user-friendly where customers can install it by themselves. "We have also ensured high-security level in the solution as it has to work in the open network environment too," said


Archana Software plans to open offices in Mumbai, Calcutta, Hyderabad and Kerala shortly and has presence already in Bangalore and Delhi.

The company targets a revenue of Rs 10 crore in the current fiscal and has registered a turnover of Rs 3 crore in the last fiscal.
