Aptech organizes Synergy 2002

Aptech recently concluded Synergy 2002-its first ever world congress, World Education meet, for its technology and business partners from across the globe. The meet aimed to bring Aptech's international partners, both alliance partners and business partners, under a single roof to focus and elaborate on the emerging trends and issues concerned with the global IT training and education scenario. 68 delegates from 35 different countries, among the 52 in which Aptech has its presence attended the World Partner Meet.

Participants at the meet included Aptech's International Business Partners and major technology partners such as Microsoft, IBM, Sun and Rational Rose among others.

Day One witnessed partnership presentations by Aptech's technology partners such as Microsoft, IBM, Sun and Rational. On Day Two, Aptech's International Business partners spoke on the vision for 2002 and the marketing strategy to build the Aptech brand.

Addressing the Business Partners and the Technology Partners at Synergy 2002, Pramod Khera, CEO, Aptech Ltd, said, "IT is no more just a sector - it's the entire environment today. It has always been Aptech's endeavor to provide perfectly designed modules to prepare students for both the IT as well as non-IT segments of business, whichever they wish to take up as a career. Emerging as the IT Training Organization with the largest international presence in 52 countries across five continents, Aptech has also consistently been at the forefront in introducing courses in the latest technologies worldwide".

On the concluding day of Synergy 2002, select Aptech Business Partners were awarded for excellence in the field of IT education. Two Global Awards were instituted, one was the Global Manager Award and the other was the Best Center Award. The criteria for selection were growth in business, adaptation to systems and procedures, achievement of budgeted targets, quality certifications and attainment of leadership position.

Dr NK Thanh, FPT (Corporation for Financing and Promotion of Technologies), Vietnam was conferred the 'Aptech Global Award for Best Center'.

Yang Ming from Aptech Beida Jade Bird IT Company Ltd, China won the 'Global Manager Award'.
