Anees Khalfay passes away

Mumbai-based reseller, Anees Khalfay of
Radiant Technologies died in Mumbai this afternoon. People close to the situation say that Khalfay alleged committed suicide by jumping from the 15th floor of a building. A veteran among the channel partners in the city,
Khalfay had been a reseller for the past fourteen years.

A BE from Bangalore University, Khalfay
began his stint with the industry in 1988 when he started a
manufacturing unit called Safeguard Electronics. He later formed
Radiant Technologies in 1996. Khalfay was known for being a crusader
for the channel community through Trade Association of Information
Technology (TAIT), Mumbai-based IT dealers association. During his
tenure as VP of TAIT, he dealt with various issues plaguing the
channel community and fought tirelessly to embed business ethics
among the partners.
