Amit Doshi Named New CMO for Lenovo India

Lenovo India has appointed Amit Doshi as Chief Marketing Officer. After a successful stint with Lenovo India, Bhaskar Choudhuri is moving on to head Marketing for Lenovo Asia Pacific as Chief Marketing Officer. Amit will report to Bhaskar Choudhuri. Amit will be responsible for strengthening the Lenovo brand in India and South Asia to enable profitable growth across all business segments – Consumer, Enterprise and SMB. He will focus on deepening Digital and Data competencies towards building a more customer-centric organization.
Amit comes with over 15 years’ experience in diverse sales, product innovation and marketing roles. Prior to joining Lenovo, Amit worked in the FMCG industry for 10 years and his last role was at Britannia Industries. Amit has been a significant contributor to the Lenovo business, in establishing the Lenovo brand in tablets and smartphones, initiating Lenovo’s digital transformation journey and increasing Lenovo’s consideration in the PC category.
