Talking about the reasons that helped the company chart out a success story,
Shah elaborated, “With the advent of global slowdown, we had realized that
verticals including retail, banking and aviation will reduce their capital
expenditures, hence we consciously focused on our services business. We expanded
our focus on integrated solutions including IT and IP-related solutions and
services. This strategy ensured that we had 50-50 share of revenues from both
the solutions and the services divisions.”
