AIT to conduct workshop on mind and soul

The Association of Information Technology-Bengaluru (AIT) is conducting a free workshop on mind and soul this Sunday (08 April, 2012) exclusively for the members of the association.
The session is mainly meant for the members who are keen to learn concepts of body, mind, soul, self-healing and meditation. Some of the key techniques of maintaining physical, spiritual and mental health will be discussed during the workshop.

This workshop is available for those who register on first come first serve basis and the venue is at the Banquet hall, Magaji Orchid - Sheshadripuram. Interested members can SMS their confirmation to Mr.Dinesh (9880540006). Suresh K S, MD, Digicom , will be the resource person.
