Advantech sets new high revenue record in March 2006

With high demand on IPC (industrial PC), Advantech and
Porwell both set high revenue record in March. Advantech's revenue was driven by
the project orders and reached the second highest revenue record. Forecas­ting
Q2, with the stable market demand, Advantech still holds positive prospect of
the revenue as the same as in Q1. Advantech esti­mated that the revenue of
March would keep growing at NT$860 million. Therefore, the revenue of Q1 can
reach NT$2.1 to 2.2 billion with a growth of 1.9 percent. Since Advantech
revealed the revenue projection of Q1 in January, the actual achievement matches
the projection. The EPS of Q1 can be up to NT$1.33. Moreover, the revenue of Q2
can be up to NT$2.458 billion with growth of 14 percent from Q1.
