Adobe appoints licensing partners in India

Adobe Systems India Pvt Ltd has appointed Futuresoft Solutions Pvt Ltd and
Softcell Techno-logies as Adobe authorized partners to sell Contractual
Licensing Program (CLP) in India.

According to the company release, the Adobe open opti-ons–Contractual
License Program (CLP) simplifies soft-ware administration through a single
licensing agreement that is effective worldwide. By participating in the CLP,
users get the benefit of a large-purchase discount and have the option to spread
the license fees and the expenditure over the duration of the agreement.

The Adobe Open Options CLP will be a two-year contract between Adobe and the
customer.
