hmedabad CompÂuter Merchants Association (ACMA) recently organized a
vendor-channel meet in Ahmedabad for its members.
"It is for the first time that the association has organized such a meet for
its members. It gave us a new platform to share our issues, concerns and
ideology with vendors and distributors in the city," said Kaushik Pandya,
President, ACMA.
More then 50 delegates attended the meet, including representatives from
Microsoft, Dell, Logitech, HP, Epson, Wipro, Panasonic, HCL, Supertron, Inspan,
SES, Compuage Infocom, Iris, eSys, Redington, Rashi Peripherals, Abacus
Peripheral, etc.
"It was an informal meet to discuss the needs of the day and to increase the
level of underÂstanding between ACMA and the vendors and distributors," added
Pandya.

Pandya gave a keynote session and highlighted the association's activities
and future plans. "All vendors and distributors have welcomed this initiative by
ACMA and want it to be a regular feature. Such meetings improve the relationship
among vendors and partners as well as provide an opportunity to create a healthy
atmosphere," shared Pandya.
