ACE,Ludhiana organi-zed a cricket match much in the spirit of 'twenty 20

cricket' on the world's highest cricket ground, Chail. This event was sponsored

by Esys Technologies, Nicola and ACE. The match was played on Sep 12-13 between

the teams entitled as 'ACE strikers' and 'ACE fighters'. 'ACE strikers' played

under the leadership of Gurpreet Singh who is referred to as Sunny. The nickname

helps in distinguishing him from the captain of 'ACE fighters,' Gurpreet Singh,

from Netline Computers who carries a similar name. 'Ace strikers' won the toss

and bowled first and restricted the other team to a meager score of 106 for 9.

They played well and won the match in just 12 overs. The following people earned

distinctions at the end of the match:

Anurag from Info 2000 was declared as the 'Man of the match.' Vikram from

Omkar Multimedia was declared to be the 'Best bowler,' while Amit from Intex

Technologies was declared to be the 'Best batsman.' The 'Best catch of the

match' was attributed to Gurpreet Singh from Netline Computers even though

Munish from Royal Infovision was considered the 'Best fielder'. Karan from

Perfect Computers was given the distinction of being the 'Best wicket keeper.'
