Delhi based AccelPro Technologies, a new entrant in SSL VPN, is upbeat about its initial success in India and is betting big on innovation and next generation secure remote access and end to end security products; along with best performance which was lacking in conventional SSL VPN's in the market today. The company, is aggressively looking at expanding its operation first in India through indirect channel, and later planning to get into US and European market.
Off late, the company has strengthened its distribution business with the appointment of RAH Infotech as its first national distributor for the Indian market and are scouting for security partners for its product.
Speaking to The DQ Week, Aditya Malhotra, co-founder and CEO, AccelPro Technologies said, "We are a 1 year old company, having robust and experienced engineering team. Our team has developed and designed Remote Access Solutions, which are capable of overcoming legacy technologies which results in poor performance. Today, our technology is 30 times faster in performance as compared to our competitors. Our forte lies in providing TCP optimization, multiple application single layer architecture and Hybrid performance acceleration architecture."
There are five major partners behind the building of AccelPro, who are veterans in the field of IT. Within 6 months of operation, the company has got more than 25 enterprise customers including biggies like Lanco group and Tulip telecom. The company claims its products were in merit and have given tough challenge to world's leading players in the fray. It has given close competition to players like Juniper, Cisco, F5 and Array Network.
AccelPro's range of platforms meet the need of all organization starting from branch office to carrier class. "Presently, many of our heavy weight projects are in the pipeline. We have done POC and are waiting to bag more projects in next 2-3 months," said Malhotra. On the partner's front, it has started case to case business with tier-I partners like Wipro, HCL Com-net and Avaya. Additionally, it has roped in tier-II partners like T-Men systems in Delhi, and Ariz Infotech in Bengaluru. Moving forward, it plans to appoint partners in Mumbai and Kolkata.
Malhotra also said, "We are riding high on sales and predicting to garner Rs 5 crore revenue from India business in next couple of years. Moreover we are protecting our technologies by filing patent. Our plan is to broaden our product portfolio by introducing technologies like WAN acceleration, endpoint compliance and link load balancing . Today, we are a young company and giving direct competition to silicon based companies. Therefore, to expand our wings into new geographies, we are talking to few venture capitalists."
