Accel on a restructuring spree in new fiscal

one of the leading solution providers, has planned to restructure its
organization for the forthcoming financial year. This will include
some mergers within its subsidiaries, and some new ventures.

to The DQ Week, NR Panicker, chairman, Accel said, “Our diversified
ventures like href="https://www.dqweek.com/emerson-network-appoints-accel-frontline">Accel
Frontline, Accel Frontline Services, Accel IT
Resources, Ushus Technologies will come under one name Accel
Frontline, whereas Accel Animation Studios, Accel Media Ventures,
Accel Transmatic together will form Accel Media, effective April 1,
2012.”

color="#000000"> color="#000080"> style="font-size: 13pt;" size="3"> style="text-decoration: none;">He
also added that Accel will expand its operations to Singapore, while
the company has its presence in Dubai, San Jones, and Tokyo.
Explaining its venture into the media industry, Panicker said, “We
are already into the media industry, and have an animation studio
which does projects in 2D, 3D animation, motion capturing,
stereoscopy, where 2,000 people are employed.”

are also planning to enter into the services of telecommunications
projects. Currently, our client strength is 36, and some big names
are also about to be added in the forthcoming days,” he concluded.

though, the new changes are about to come, services which already
exist with Accel will remain the same. Some new people are already
being positioned to head the respective departments.
