Accel ICIM Systems & Services Ltd, a leading provider of total IT solutions, has bagged two significant outsour-cing deals from MSI and BenQ. MSI is a Taiwan-based manu-facturer of graphic cards and motherboards.
According to the agreement with MSI, Accel ICIM will undertake the replacement or repair of its graphic cards, motherboards and optical drives in India. “Our tie-up with MSI reinforces Accel ICIM as a preferred BPO provider having 28 Test and Repair Services (TRS) centers across the country. While currently Accel ICIM’s Chennai center will undertake the repair and replacement of products, we plan to extend the service to more of our branches after gauging customer dem-and,” said SV Sriram, President and COO, Accel
ICIM.
“The tie-up will reduce the replacement turnaround time to 7-10 days, because repairs or replacement will be done locally,” said R Ganesh, Head (TRS), Accel
ICIM.
Meanwhile, BenQ India has also appointed Accel ICIM as one of its three authorized service providers in India. Accel ICIM will provide service support for BenQ DVD-Writers, DVD-Drives, CD-Drives, CD-Writers, combo drives, scanners and
digicams.
“We have appointed Accel ICIM to capitalize on its exper-tise in the IT market, confidence levels among resellers and the wide-spread reach it has across India with its 28 service centers,” said Ashish Bakshi, Country Head, BenQ India.
