Abacus opens service center in south Mumbai

Abacus Peripherals, the brand owner of Zion memory modules and the national
distributor of Sparkle graphic cards, Biostar and Asrock motherboards, announced
the opening of a new service center in Mumbai at Lamington Road.

The main purpose of this center is to provide service support to channel
part­ners, system integra­tors, small resellers, dealers and assemblers for
Zion, Biostar, Asrock and Sparkle products. On being inquired about the
location, Rajiv, Area Sales Manager, Abacus Peripherals, stated, “We are already
established in Mumbai and this service center is just an addition to our strong
presence. We aim to further strengthen our foothold with this world-class
service center.”

Abacus also has another national service center near Mumbai at Vasai. In all
the company has 16 service centers pan-India.

“Currently the center is being managed by one person but we have plans to
increase the number of personnel in the coming months in order to provide full
support. There are seven people at the Vasai center,” said Rajiv, adding that
the new center in south Mumbai is doing well and the response to it has been
good so far.
