Prabhat Kumar Sinha, Director, Astric Computers (I) Pvt.Ltd. is one of the four member selected from India apart from Zakir Hussain, Research Fellow, Indian Council of World Affairs (ICWA), Jeevan Arakal, Assistant Professor , Xavier Institute of Management and Rajeev Singh Tyagi, Secretary General, Indian Chamber of Commerce.

This International delegation broadly has been designed to strengthen cross border economic cooperation and trade relationships among Afghanistan, India, and Pakistan in support of the "New Silk Road Initiative" and existing trade agreements including the South Asian Free Trade Agreement (SAFTA.) Through meetings and site visits, participants will explore the ideal conditions and challenges for facilitating and sustaining cross border commerce. Visitors will closely examine the U.S. experience with the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) between the United States, Canada, and Mexico, which created the world's largest free trade area. They will also discuss fundamental principles and models of business management for leading, running, and growing a business, with the practical goal of enhancing entrepreneurial, managerial, and leadership skills applicable to their respective companies and organizations.
Sinha had been nominated for his passionate work towards IT and Entrepreneurship development over the last two decades in Bihar. He has started his career in the field of IT way back in 1992 after completing his Engineering in Computer Science & Technology from a small service Centre at SK Puri, Patna. He has also guided more than 100 students perusing Industrial Projects, MBA and MCA. He is closely associated with the Central University of Bihar for their Computer Science Department Projects, Training and placement assistance. Today the group is almost over 100 people working under the group and network of over 150 Channel partners working in tandem in various companies with collaboration and alliance with major IT companies across the globe. The group has also diversified its operations and alliances and today into a big way into Capacity building of Government Employees, Skill Development of youths and underprivileged and a Software Development team working under the leadership on various emerging e-Gov and ecommerce solutions with a focus on concurrent monitoring and evaluation.

Presently he is also a part of the ICT Core Committee, setup by State Govt. for IT Development in the state, Chairman of ICT Sub Committee - Bihar Industries Association and Vice Chairman - Confederation of Indian Industries (CII), Bihar State Council. He is working closely with NIESBUD - National Institute of Entrepreneurship and Small Business Development under Ministry of MSME, Govt. Of India for Entrepreneurship. He has to present and share his concept, growth history among the brotherly countries - Pakistan and Afghanistan and encourage them on the same lines with cross border exchange and collaborations as per South Asian Free Trade Agreement (SAFTA).

These 3 countries visitors will closely examine the U.S. experience with the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) between the United States, Canada, and Mexico. The delegation will be meeting various stake holders across US State Universities, Trade and Commerce bodies, Entrepreneurs, Industries, Associations and Departments etc at various states and places around during the programme as scheduled.
