Axiomtek has designed a series of kiosk panel computers for customers'
multiple application alternatives. The company has announced the launch of two
new kiosk panel computers, the Panel1155-807 and Panel5155-807, both equipped
with high brightness 15-inch XGA TFT LCD displays. The Panel1155-807 and
Panel5155-807 support the most popular SAW (surface acoustic wave) touch screens
and high performance processors including Intel Pentium M and Intel Celeron M
CPUs. The Panel1155-807 is outfitted with an up-to-date front bezel and the
Panel5155-807 gives customers a flexible open frame pick. These two panel
computers are most favorable for the kiosk fields and public information
solutions.

FEATURES

  • For preventing screen scrapes and other system damage, the Panel1155-807
    and Panel5155-807 adopt SAW touch screen traits
  • Panel computers offer better luminance at 350 cd/m², superior image
    clarity, higher resolution and higher light transmission with SAW technology
  • Panel1155-807 and Panel5155-807 utilize the Intel 852GM+ICH4 chipset which

  • These kiosk panel computers feature ultra slim mechanism designs: the
    Panel1155-807 has a thickness of 84mm and the Panel5155-807 has a thickness

  • Both panels have built-in AC 250W power supplies and support powerful
    feature I/Os even though they sport such slim designs
  • The I/O features included dual fast Ethernet, watchdog timer, three COM
    ports, six high-speed USB 2.0 ports, dual PS/2 interfaces, CompactFlashTM
    type-II socket and line-out/line-in/mic-in
  • OS support includes Windows 98, Windows NT/2000/XP, Linux Kernel 2.4, and
