STG launches education center in Moscow

STG Education has announced the start of its Moscow software education center. The center happens to be the first initiative by Indian software major and is situated in the Moscow Aviation Institute building.

STG is offering courses, which will be in Russian language ranging from IT awareness courses to high-end technology courses to meet the advanced skill demands of the IT Industry. The state-of-the-art center has world-class infrastructure with all of its 42 PIII machines connected to leased line for Internet connectivity.

STG will focus on educating the different segments of the society with career courses designed for graduates and undergraduates and skills up gradation programs for IT professionals wanting to learn hi-end programs like Oracle, Visual Basic, Java Programming, .net, ASP, XML, Windows 2000 Track etc. Besides IT awareness courses like “Equip” will also be offered for working executives wanting a quick start on IT.

Speaking on the start of this center, Dr Suresh Nanda, CEO, STG, said, “IT education in Russia which is still in its nascent stage presents an untapped territory for Indian firms. STG is confident that its training centre in Moscow will cater to a wide spectrum of segment with great capability and will eventually leverage its position not only in Russia but also in the Balkans or Central Asian countries.”

STG aims to provide the latest courses in IT in accordance with its quality focussed training processes. The continuous curriculum and courseware development at STG will remain as an attractive proposition for students and professionals in Moscow. Further it being an Indian company with international recognition, would create a sense of credibility among people aspiring to be IT professionals. Dr Nanda further observed.
