Sony India introduced the new ultra-portable MP-CD1 Mobile Projector. The new MP-CD1 fits in the palm of one's hand, and is capable to project content up to 304.8 cm in size from a short distance of 350 cm.

To ensure a full-screen display without any distortion the ultra-sized projector features the Automatic keystone correction technology. The content when projected from an angle or onto an uneven surface gives outstanding viewing experience without any manual alterations. The dynamic picture mode enhances images and videos to optimal brightness and saturation. It also comes with a standard tripod socket, located on the underside of the device to facilitate projection at any angle, such as ceilings. Experience whisper-quiet performance as the projector is cooled by an in-built fan that is almost noiseless even while projecting a movie.

The MP-CD1 has an impressively compact and unique design, which allows it to minimize heat while still maintaining high brightness in a pocket-sized form factor. It features a sleek aluminium body, so that you simply slip the stylish MP-CD1 into your briefcase or backpack and be prepared for any outdoor event, business pitch or a weekend party.

The ultra-mobile projector has a 5,000mAh built-in battery, enabling users to project clear, bright and luminous images with up to two hours of projection time.The MP-CD1 dramatically enhances brightness levels to reduce motion blurring and noise and ensuring optimum performance. It is equipped with Texas Instruments’ DLP IntelliBright technology that intelligently manages brightness and power consumption. With a rating of 105 ANSI lumens, the projector’s vibrant display employs advanced image processing algorithms to boost brightness without compromising on battery consumption enhancing performance during any business presentation, gaming, outdoor events and movie nights.

The HDMI and USB ports on the MP-CD1 accept a variety of media-streaming devices, smartphones, laptops and gaming consoles to ensure smooth presentations without delays. The device also sports an optional HDMI dongle that enables wireless connectivity with a variety of devices or for watching streaming content from a wide range of video sources. With a speedy five second boot up time, it is easy to connect the projector from your PC using HDMI cable and pressing the projector’s power button. The HDMI dongle also supports simultaneous powering from a USB port even during projection.

The new MP-CD1 comes with a strong battery back-up to for uninterrupted viewing experience. It is simple to charge the projector, as it can be easily connected to a standard USB-C port, without a proprietary AC adaptor. Rated at 5V 3A, it can be charged quickly anywhere with an AC outlet or power bank. The device can also serve as a USB charger for your other mobile devices.

MP-CD1 will be available across all Sony Centers, Sony authorized dealers and major electronic stores across India.
