Ramco initiates Check Point training and certification courses

Ramco systems, a information security solutions provider, has entered into an alliance with Check Point Software Technologies Ltd, to provide technical training and certification on the Internet security products and services by Check Point. 

Check Point has almost 60% market share in VPN and FireWall-1 implementations across the world, and over 70 percent in the Asia Pacific. This association makes Ramco systems an Authorized Training Center in this part of the country and the only Certified Testing Center in the country.

With the Internet getting pervasive and with more and more businesses getting into the Web, the needs for security professionals are on the rise. Till now companies had to send their engineers' abroad to meet their training/skill building requirements. Ramco Systems with its strong background in security software, sees this as an opportunity to meet the requirements of the industry at large.
