Anil Gupta, Director, Artek Enterprises: In the current year, we target to double our turnover and would be taking up major projects towards this end. We would also like to increase customer awareness about our company and maintain the status of one of the premier networking company in the country, that DQ Week has given us.

Anil Nagpal, Director, Multilink Systems & Services: This year Multilink has resolved to provide better services to all its customers. We also plan to expand into new technologies and would be opening two new branches in Delhi. The company has also planned to provide better product information and better warranties to its customers. Personally I would do my best to increase the stature of my company in the market.

Deepak Bhargava, Business Manager, Albit Electronics Pvt Ltd: In the year 2001, Albit is committed to provide state-of-the-art power solution equipment to our customers. We also plan to open service centers in all the state capitals in North India, and would revamp the existing ones. The company has also decided to increase its work force by three fold, by appointing graduate engineers to our R&D division. More budgetary allocations will be made to the R&D division with an exclusive office being opened in Patel Nagar.

GS Kohli, Head (Marketing), OA Compserve Pvt Ltd: We would be looking at consolidation of our operations, with the emphasis more on the bottomline expansion rather than top line. This would be done especially taking into consideration the margins that the operations bring. And also in the current year, we plan to do away with all the non-profit making businesses that we have.

Keshav Madhav, CEO, Vidur & Co Pvt Ltd: In 2001, we will be emphasizing more on adding new products. Apart from providing more services to our customers, we plan to open a new authorized center in Delhi. We will also be looking at strengthening our Agra office.

PK Sharma, MD, Comnet Vision India Pvt Ltd: We plan to provide better support in replacement and after sales service and would be targeting primarily to become a service oriented organization.

Shyam Modi, Director, Modi Peripherals Pvt Ltd: In the new year, we plan to increase our turnover to Rs 40 crore than the Rs 35 crore that we had targeted last year. Modi Peripherals will be opening a new branch in Delhi. This year I have resolved to give business to only selective people rather than going about doing business with everybody.
