Net4India partners with BulkRegister.com

Net4India, India's leading Internet services and solutions company with a focus on the Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs), has announced its partnership with BulkRegister.com. 

With this partnership in place, www.Net4Domains.com, a subsidiary of Net4India and India's leading domain registration company, is set to become the partner with the biggest market share in the APAC region. Net4India was also honoured by BulkReigster.com with the 'International Business Partner of the Year' award.

Under the partnership, Net4India will become the sole bulk-distributor for Bulk Register.com in India and the rest of the APAC region (excluding China).

India is the fastest growing market for domain registrations after China in the Asia Pacific region and Net4India's aggressive marketing strategy is expected to further propel this growth. This coupled with the recent announcements by ICANN to allow seven new top level domain names (TLDs) extensions such as .aero, .biz, etc. will have a significant impact on the overall increase in the number of domain name registrations, worldwide.

Net4India, in a recent annoncement, had brought down the price for domain registrations to Rs 399 per year from Rs 650 a year. This offer was by far the lowest priced option available in market with other international domain registration companies charging around $ 35 for a year.

The domain registration market in India is projected at half a million by the end of year 2000. The number of domain registrations have quadrupled in the last one year from 25,000 domains in 1998 to 90,000 in 1999, and is projected to cross 200,000 in 2000.
