Microsoft continues to educate partners about Office 365 in Surat

Continuing its awareness campaign regarding Office 365, Microsoft educated IT partners in Surat during the Tech Caravan event. The Tech Caravan event was organized in association with Microsoft on 19th September which got good response from partners.

Highlighting benefits of Office 365 for midsize businesses, Mr. Hrushikesh Desai, Cloud specialist, Microsoft said that this package come which four major components i.e. Lync, Online, Exchange Online, Share Point and Office. It is a complete solution for small and mid size businesses.

Mr. Desai said, “Considering needs of customers, Microsoft has come up with this Cloud based solution. Office 365 provides data storage, security, accessibility and manageability to the customers.”

“If you go with this Cloud solution, it will save your lot of cost, time and energy giving you best experience across devices”, he said.

Mr. Desai said that Office 365 enables you to access and share documents and insights, contacts, calendars, and tasks in a single location and from a shared computer or smartphone.

He said that Microsoft Lync Online helps you find and quickly connect with people, Lync video calls, or online meetings from within the Office applications you already use every day.

Mr. Desai also informed partners that Microsoft is currently running 50 per cent discount offer on Office 365. He also introduced Microsoft’s distribution team in the event and appealed partners to approach them for any assistance.

On the complain by one of the partners that Microsoft’s representatives are not reachable after the event, Mr. Desai assured partners that his team will address all service related issues.

There were quite a few queries raised by the partners which were aptly addressed by representatives of Microsoft during networking over dinner.
