Lucknow based startup bags 1$ Million funding

Leading mobile Internet market and app ecosystem major, MoMagic, invests in EduAce Services.

EduAce Services , a co-scholastic learning partner for schools, headquartered in Lucknow, announced that the company has secured its first round of seed funding valued at 1 Million USD from MoMagic , a New Delhi based mobile Internet market and app ecosystem major. Rishnik is the fund raising advisor to both the companies.

Speaking with press during the announcement the Founder & CEO, EduAce Services, Gaurav Yadav, expressed his happiness towards securing the highest ever investment secured by any startup in Lucknow, further indicated that the funds will be utilized towards school learning programmes, expanding operations PAN India.

In statement to the press the Founder & CEO of MoMagic, Arun Gupta, expressed his views by indicating that the mutual strengths of this association, will greatly benefit the overall school learning in India at large, enabling the future generation of India to be future ready.
