IBM certifies AmitySoft's YOMX

AmitySoft, a Chennai based Software Company engaged in product development and software testing, has attained IBM ServerProven Certification for its Net enabled human asset assessment package. YOMX, which was tested under the IBM ServerProven Program, has met all the IBM approved requirements and is identified as a validated solution in managing, recruiting and retaining of ‘Human Asset’ in the knowledge based industry. YOMX will quicken the process of selecting the right candidate thereby reducing the labor and cost incurred normally for organizing large-scale tests or interviews. YOMX enables uploading an organization's existing knowledge database on to Net with ease and can be integrated with other HR products.
