Globsyn signs first enterprise partner for KnowledgePubs

Globsyn Technologies Ltd, a company with the concept of knowledge infrastructure, announced its alliance with Asia Soft Technologies, as its first enterprise partner for setting up its first KnowledgePub Center in the country.

Globsyn also unveiled the special look and design of the KnowledgePubs. All over the country the same basic model will be followed. Designed and conceived by Tag Architectronics of Calcutta, the model KnowledgePub will house 3 Laboratories, integrated learning mode and bringing together all three modes of IT instruction- Web Based Training (WBT), Computer Based Training (CBT) and Instructor Led Training (ILT). 

The ambience based on the open learning concept will enhance the overall learning experience, while promoting friendly interaction at the same time. Learners can choose from a combination of one, two or all three modes and also can decide which module to study from whichever mode he or she chooses and pays only for the specific courses.

Each KnowledgePub will be fully air-conditioned, spread over 1500-2000 sq. ft in a standard layout. All KnowledegePubs have multimedia and networked PC workstations, leased line connectivity, online IT library, snack bar, front office and lounge and a KnowledgePub branded merchandise counter.

Globsyn had recently announced the decision to set up 100 KnowledgePub Centers all over the country. KnowledgePub is based on the concept of enabling self-paced learning, which means that each person decides the course content as per his individual convenience. 

At the execution level, KnowledgePubs will be implemented through franchising, for different regions. Asia Soft, has been signed on as the enterprise partner for Delhi, the first in the northern region. Asia Soft will be setting up the Delhi KnowledgePub with an envisaged investment of Rs 35-40

lakh.
