FITAG to host Cricket Tournament

With an aim to bring all IT associations in Gujarat on a common platform and give an opportunity to vendors to market their brands among partners Federation of Information Technology Associations of Gujarat is commonly known as FITAG will host a Cricket Tournament in Gandhinagar.

The two day event will be organized on 21st and 22nd February. The federation said that more than 20 IT associations across the state would take part in the event.

Sejal Patel, General Secretary of FITAG said, “FITAG organizes a cricket tournament to connect all associations on a common platform and have better get together with a lot of fun. Many vendors take advantage of this opportunity to publicize their brand, as it becomes easier to access more numbers of people from various parts of the state at one place for 2 days.”

“This is the fifth year of the tournament and we are ensuring that, like earlier this time also we will get good response from the associations”, he said.

Mr. Patel said that for the first time three associations from Kutch and North Gujarat have participated in the event. The event has been sponsored by Bluemax, Keval Infocom and Crystal InfoTech.

FITAG is an umbrella body of total 31 IT associations across the Gujarat. FITAG represents nearly 3500+ IT partners across the Gujarat. The federation organizes various programs to increase the bonding between the associations and update technical skills of the members. FITAG's represents to the state and national bodies to protect the interest of IT community by a large extent.
