Finally Angry Birds has a sequel; Angry Birds 2 arrives

An official sequel to the much loved Angry Birds has finally arrived. After a series of spin offs ever since the first Angry Birds was released in 2009, now there is an original Angry Birds 2 version.  The sequel has arrived on iPhone and Android since Thursday.

Angry Birds 2 promises to be much more exciting and fun with even more destruction and the birds angrier than ever.

Reportedly, it also comes with a good amount of mobile monetization options unlike the predecessor. The creator of Angry Birds, Rovio is hence hoping for a revival with the new sequel, after it witnessed a fall of about 73% in operating profits last year due to a slide in licensing business.
