Edurite launches CD-ROMs for CBSE students

Edurite Technologies has launched educational CD-ROM for science and Maths students of standard X and XII of CBSE Board. Murli Manohar Joshi, Minister for Human Resource Development unveiled the CD-ROM.

The Edurite CD's for classes X and XII contain video clippings of the professors explaining key concepts of the syllabus. The contents on these CD-ROMs are syllabus based, structured and validated and contain everything from introduction to conclusion. Features like 'Take a Test'd ' practice questions give students the feel of big test ahead. The CD evaluates the performance and immediately notifies the students. 

Edurite CDs also contain comprehensive answers for previous question papers and possible questions. A list of reference books is also provided with each chapter for students who need more study material. Net features like chat and mail on

For standard X, there is a set of three CDs, each for Maths, Biology and Science subjects. The cost of the CD-ROM per subject will cost Rs 1200. For Standard XII students, the set of four CD's is available for Maths, Physics, Chemistry and Biology subjects and would cost Rs 1600 per subject.
