Amritsar Partner Allege Warranty Dishonor against Simmtronics

Simmtronics Semiconductors that develops, manufactures sells and supports memory, motherboards and tablets PCs, have not honored the warranty and replacement of products in Amritsar from the last 10 months, according to some of the partners directly affected.

According to Sanjay Gupta, president, Amritsar Computer Traders' Association, there is a very serious warranty issues with Simmtronics products. Gupta said, "Products have not been honored since last year August, i.e 10 months. I have discussed the issue with Simmtronics but in vain."

The association has urged the partners in different geographies to look into the matter as the vendor company is not paying heed to their pleas. Partners say that every time they call on the service centers' landline number for replacements, they are give an assurance with a time gap of three or fours days, and the cycle follows.

Below are the case of three different partners with the amount of money involved and the products not honored. In the case of NV Computers, the products are with the service center, dated as back as in August.

even their directors are not listening, they have come up with TABs and I assure you, it will be failure in Punjab & Chandigarh

if vendors does not support warranty issues on time and if there is no valid reason from the vendor itself , then its best to move against the vendor itself, why a dealer need to wait for many months to gets the product replaced.Its better to approach the company top executives directly and avoid begging at their local ASPs permises. No matter the turn over of the company , proper and timely support is the only push that a vendor needs to grow (if they thinks so ).
