Color Chips India ties up with Corbett Features

Color Chips (India) Ltd, an Indian cartoon feature syndication company and a player in the area of 2D and 3D animation has entered into an agreement with Corbett Features for a period of three years.

As per the agreement, Color Chips (India) Ltd has acquired exclusive rights for marketing and promoting the products developed by Corbett Features in newspapers (print and electronic), periodicals, pamphlet compilation, book compilation and for advertising in any medium for the entire region of South East Asia. 

Corbett Features is a player in the business of creating and syndicating cartoon features in US. The project has been evaluated on the basis of the trial orders that were undertaken in the last three months. Based upon the valuations of the market, the company expects to make gross weekly billings of $ 200 averaged over eleven months by the end of the first year of the agreement.

Sudhish Rambhotla, MD, Color Chips (India) Ltd said, "The South East Asian market holds tremendous potential for the syndication business, because it is largely untapped. The company plans to market the content developed by Corbett Features through bulletins and features developed by the company. With this alliance, the company aims to market high quality content catering to diversified customer segments like interactive kids portals, compact discs, exclusive children's magazines, news portals etc."
