Chandigarh Traders fell victim to serial fraud

Have you ever cheated or fraud by someone? ‘Beware’ a fraud is hovering in IT Market and you may be his next target. Like Giacomo Casanova, so famous for his often complicated and elaborate affairs with women that his name is now synonymous with "womanizer". Suresh Luthra, a notorious person from Chandigarh has the same approach as Casanova to fraud other IT people. According to sources, this person is very active in North India and involved in many cases.

According to Victims, this person has so many companies in different locations like, Lauthra Enterprise, Asha Enterprise, Singh Enterprise, Phukraj photo state and many others. He is very active in Delhi, Ghaziabad, Chandigarh and other north regions. Talking about his tactics of fraud, he buys IT products from partners and runs away and sells those products in fewer MOPS in other location.

Alakh Infotech, Victim from Chandigarh said, “This person has started his business named Singh Enterprise in same complex where my business is. Initially, he stared building business relationship with me and purchased materials from me and did good billings. After that suddenly he closed his business and ran away.  He has fraud me with Rs. 70000. I tried to connect for my pending bills but he is unable to reach and not responding.”

Sanjeev Walia, President, Chandigarh Computers Association informed The DQ Week and said, “We have received so many cases against him. Lots of victims have complained that the said 60 years old person Suresh Luthra has fraud with them. We have also received complaints from Delhi and Ghaziabad.”

“We have already informed our members not to do any business with this person and our Association has boycotted this man from market. Any further transaction with this person will cause penalty of Rs. 50000 and informer will rewarded Rs.10000, Sanjeev Walia further informed.

According to The DQ Week sources, he has more than 10 different mobile numbers where he is unable to contact. Till now, he has fraud many IT partners like Alakh Infotech, Crystal Traders, North India Computers, Varun Enterprises.

However, a channel partner and a victim from Ghaziabad, has also filed the complained against and also, The DQ Week has also tried to reach him out but he was unable to connect.
