Mysore-based Raman IT Solution has tied-up with Dell as its channel partner
for the vendor's upcountry business. Earlier, they were dealing with HCL and HP.
Apart from this, the company has moved to a bigger premise that has happened
recently. The inauguration of the premise took place last month.
SV Harish, Director, Raman IT Solution said, “We have our presence in Mysore,
Shimoga, Hubli, entire Karnataka and Bengaluru. We have also opened our new
premise last month where we have displayed all our products.”
The company is the authorized service partner to HCL and Toshiba. It is also
conducting free service campaign for all Airtel customers. “We have distributed
the service coupons through Airtel outlets in Mysore. Showing these coupons,
customers can bring their laptop or any IT products for service, that too free
of charge,” he added.
