Friday, October 19, 2007

Bangalore, Oct 12

Intel Asia Academic Forum (AAF), a three day annual conference that brings together faculty, Intel technologists, industry experts and academia from across Asia to exchange ideas on technology trends and challenges, will be held from October 24-26 in New Delhi.

Delegates across academia, government and industry bodies will meet to discuss the role of public-private partnerships in building a pipeline of world-class talent and encouraging the adoption of new technologies, Intel said in a release.

The theme of Asia Academic Forum 2007 is 'Accelerating Innovation and Research on Emerging Technologies'.

Intel will also share details of its technology roadmap, business and research developments and, at the same time, showcase best practices of Asia's educational institutions in research and curriculum development at the forum. Over 100 selected faculties will attend the forum from China, India, Malaysia, Philippines, Taiwan, Japan and Vietnam.
